"I really cannot see myself playing anywhere else. I have got 18 months to go and I would like to extend that contract. " said Stubbs
It is no secret that every player who David Moyes didn't sign has a contract renewal coming up in the next 18 months, and it is unlikely many (if any) of them will be here in 2 years.
So far only Stubbs, Unsworth and Radzinski are looking for a new deal, and of those three i can only see Unsworth getting one. Everton's wag bill is what makes us uncompetative in the transfer market, and the board will (i guess)want to bring it down as soon as they can.
