Pembridge out of Wales game.

This is the same injury that kept Pembridge out of Everton's 1-0 win against Blackburn at the weekend. After that game, David Moyes said: "I wanted Mark Pembridge to play in the game but unfortunately his calf tightened up in training so he wasn't available to me. He has a history of calf problems, so we decided not to take a chance with him."
