The latest man under the Boss' spotlight is Wigan's young star Nathan Etherington. Moyes watched him score a hat-trick as Wigan beat West Brom last night. Wigan boss Paul Jewell said about Etherington "He has a lot to learn and will only get better, but he will always score. Nathan will get all the headlines and rightly so. He always looks like he is going to get goals and he is only going to get better - but it was a great team performance all round."
He is thought to be valued between £1.5m and £2m.
