The Daily Star Sunday reports that the Toffees are looking to offload Bilyaletdinov this summer and a deal for him to return to his Russian homeland could be struck with Spartak.
The 26-year-old joined the Toffees from Lokomotiv Moscow two years ago for a fee approaching ?9million, but has struggled to hold down a first-team place at Goodison Park.
Moyes has been a long-term admirer of Republic of Ireland international winger McGeady, who moved from Glasgow to Moscow for ?9.5million last August.
The 25-year-old has performed well for Spartak in the Russian Premier League but would be keen on a switch to Merseyside if the opportunity arose.
