McFadden complaint dropped

The incident occured dring Scotland's last game. At the end of the tie McFadden wanted to give his shirt to a small boy in the crowd. Said steward stopped him from doing so, because apparently he could cause a riot. Hmmm. Ok.
This caused the police, who clearly had little else to do, to send a letter of complaint to the SFA. However, they have seen sense and nothing will now happen.
A spokesman said: "We will be taking any action against James McFadden and as far as we're concerned the matter is closed."
