Ferguson and Yobo to miss season opener.

Ferguson's absence is unlikely to be felt, it was unlikely that he would have been a first choice striker anyway (Mr Campbell has been very good in the pre-season). However, Yobo will be missed. He is Everton's biggest signing of the summer and had been lined up as competition for Alan Stubbs. However, we are not short of cover just yet, but it would be nice to have a full squad to start with.
