EVERTON target M?Baye Niang is set for a move to AC Milan.
The 17-year-old impressed on trial at Finch Farm and was pursued by the Blues who were keen to do a deal with his club Caen. But the France U21s international has opted for a switch to the San Siro and assistant boss Steve Round said:
?We can?t just buy anyone we went. We have to look at the bargain younger players. Obviously we looked at a young French player recently but I believe he?s gone to AC Milan which is disappointing but that was his choice.
?Niang was only 17 and would have gone into our U21s really.?
The Toffees are expected to field a strong side against Russell Slade?s League One outfit tonight, with only Tony Hibbert an injury doubt with a trapped nerve in his neck.
