Everton - Liverpool groundshare proposed

The North West Development Agency has proposed that Liverpool and Everton should share a stadium on on Standley Park. Liverpool are currently planning a 60,000 capacity ground, and it is known that Everton are considering a number of options.

Niether club has commented yet, but i'll bank that they are thinking about it as well. it makes sens to have one superb stadium than two less superb ones that bankrupt both clubs (Arsenal anyone?) and are only used once a fortnight.
