Coventry's official website said: "It was Lee's choice to go and no-one at Highfield Road put him under any pressure at all.
"Lee showed his desire to return to Premiership football by waving payments that in effect help Coventry get in excess of £2million for the transfer."
It is, however, daft for the Sky Blues to suggest that they got the deal they wanted for him. Believe me, Everton have a bargain.
